LAUGFS Lubricants Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings which is the only Sri Lankan company to launch its own home-grown lubricant brand, delivering advanced lubrication solutions for all classes of motor vehicles and industrial applications.
Established in 2008, LAUGFS Lubricants entered a market dominated by multinational brands, becoming the first Sri Lankan lubricant brand to do so. All products are blended locally using cutting-edge technology, strictly adhering to international industry standards to ensure performance, reliability, and quality.
Tribology Park and Facility Expansion
In 2015, LAUGFS Lubricants established its own Tribology Park, a fully integrated facility dedicated to lubricant processing, R&D, quality control, and storage. Designed with a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and performance optimization for Sri Lankan unique operating conditions, it reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
Current Capabilities and Team Expertise
The plant has an annual blending capacity of 25 million liters, enabling large-scale production while maintaining consistent quality. It utilizes batch blending vessels and new generation additive technologies to ensure product consistency and homogeneity. Operations are powered by a team of highly skilled professionals, including chemists, formulation scientists, and engineers, making LAUGFS Lubricants a true pioneer in the local lubricant industry.
