In 2015, LAUGFS Lubricants established its own state-of-the-art Tribology Park, a fully integrated facility that combines lubricant oil manufacturing, processing, research & development, quality control, and storage operations under one roof. From day one, safety and environmental responsibility have been at the core of this facility’s design and operations.
Products manufactured at this facility have earned the confidence of both automotive and industrial sectors, thanks to rigorous quality control measures and globally recognized standards. It is accredited with ISO 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, reflecting the company’s adherence to the highest standards of quality management and laboratory competence. What sets our plant apart is its dedicated focus on research and development tailored to Sri Lanka’s unique operating conditions, ensuring performance that is not only world-class but also locally relevant.
With an annual production capacity of 25 million liters on a single-shift basis, the plant is equipped with advanced blending vessels designed for batch blending, ensuring product homogeneity through next-generation additive technology. The process is fully supported by the SAP system, guaranteeing operational efficiency and traceability at every stage.
Our operations are managed by a team of highly trained professionals, including chemists, formulation scientists, and engineers, working together to deliver uncompromising quality. The facility’s design also incorporates strict safeguards to prevent cross-contamination across pipelines, blending vessels, and filling lines, ensuring product integrity from start to finish.
